Delivery & Shipping

Here at the knot studio all our products are handmade to order.  We think this is pretty special, however, it does mean that it can take a little longer than average to ship your goods.  We will usually aim for 10-14 days.  For some larger products, please allow 4-6 weeks.  This is noted on the product page where relevant.  If your product is urgent please let us know and we can try to accommodate your needs.  Flat rate and free shipping is for delivery by standard Australia Post only.  With the exceptions of a small number of bulky items (noted on the product pages), shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 or free shipping for orders of over $50.

We are happy to ship internationally.  Shipping will be charged at cost.  Please contact us to receive a quote before ordering.

Items are sent with care, however, we take no responsibilty for damage caused during shipping.

Returns

All items are handmade with great care.  Please contact us if within 48 hours of receipt if you have any quality concerns upon delivery of your item

As products are made to order we do not accept returns for change of mind.

Security and privacy

Personal details will not be used or sold for any other purpose.

Payments are made using PayPal (credit card can be used) or direct deposit.

Product information

Although unlikely, it is possible that during shipping knots in our larger macrame products may loosen.  We recommend hanging and then adjusting and tightening knots as needed.  Don’t be afraid to play with them as they are generally easily adjusted and moved as required.
